🔑 How to Set Up Your WebAuth Wallet
  1. Go to webauth.com on your phone or desktop.
  2. Tap Create Account and pick a @username. It's your account name on the chain, so choose carefully.
  3. Turn on Face ID or fingerprint for signing.
  4. Setup shows a 12-word recovery phrase. Write it on paper and keep it offline. Without it, a lost phone can mean a lost account.
  5. That's it. People can now send tokens to your @username.
🪪 How to Complete Identity Verification (KYC)
  1. Open the WebAuth app or go to webauth.com and log in.
  2. Tap your profile icon and select Verify Identity.
  3. Choose your country and follow the prompts to upload a government ID.
  4. Take the selfie check.
  5. Wait for approval. Some apps, like parts of Metal X, need a verified account.
💱 How to Trade on Metal X
  1. Go to metalx.com and connect your WebAuth wallet.
  2. Select the asset you want to trade from and the asset you want to receive.
  3. Enter the amount and check the price. There's no gas fee, but trades can carry a trading fee.
  4. Confirm in WebAuth with your face or fingerprint.
  5. The new balance shows in your wallet once the trade fills.
📈 How to Use Alcor DEX
  1. Go to alcor.exchange and connect your WebAuth wallet.
  2. Browse the markets or search for the pair you want.
  3. Use Swap to trade at the current price, or Limit Order to set your own.
  4. Confirm each trade in WebAuth. No gas fees.
  5. To provide liquidity, go to Pools, pick a pair and deposit both tokens. Pool shares can lose value when prices move.
🔒 How to Stake XPR
  1. Open webauth.com or the WebAuth app and log in.
  2. Find the staking screen.
  3. Choose short or long staking and enter the amount. Read how long unstaking takes before you confirm.
  4. Confirm with your face or fingerprint.
  5. Staking lets you vote for block producers. Rewards are set by the network and change over time. The official staking guide has the current details.
⚡ How to Swap on SimpleDEX
  1. Have some XPR in your wallet, from Metal Pay or an exchange that lists XPR.
  2. Go to simpledex.fun and connect WebAuth.
  3. Pick the token, enter how much XPR to swap, and check what you'll get back. SimpleDEX takes a small fee.
  4. Approve in WebAuth.
  5. Small tokens move fast and can go to zero. Only swap what you can afford to lose.
🚀 How to Use BlastPad Staking Pools
  1. Go to blastpad.io and connect your WebAuth wallet.
  2. Browse the staking pools. Each pool is set up by whoever created it.
  3. Enter the amount and read the lock period before you confirm.
  4. Approve in WebAuth.
  5. Claim rewards and unstake from the same pool, within its rules.
